Claudine Cohen Named Northeast Leader for Transactional Advisory Services


New York, NY – November 21, 2018 – CohnReznick, one of the leading advisory, assurance, and tax firms in the United States, has appointed Claudine Cohen, Principal, to be the Firm’s Transactional Advisory Services (TAS) Northeast Leader.

Cohen’s commitment to helping clients understand all aspects of their deals has earned her a reputation as one of the industry’s foremost experts in navigating complex transactions. Since joining CohnReznick four years ago, Cohen has played a leading role in growing the TAS practice six-fold while turning it into one of the Firm’s most profitable practices. She previously served as Co-Leader of CohnReznick’s Financial Sponsors Industry practice – a high-growth industry group – and has developed a significant number of client relationships.
